Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Apollo Projects LLC ("we", "us") about your use of Sweet Swap, including the website at sweetswap.apollo502.com, the game and Sweet Swap Plus. By using Sweet Swap you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

  • You can play without an account. Creating a free account lets us save your progress across devices.
  • You must give an accurate email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Sweet Swap is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account.

2. Sweet Swap Plus

  • Price. Plus costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year (US dollars), plus any applicable taxes. Prices shown at checkout apply.
  • Free trial. New members get a 7-day free trial, once per account. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your membership starts and you'll be charged.
  • Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We'll charge the payment method on file.
  • Cancelling. Cancel anytime from My account → Manage membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Plus until then.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll review it fairly.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Gifted access

We may give some accounts free access to Plus or to special editions. Gifted access has no cash value and can't be transferred.

4. Using Sweet Swap fairly

Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the game or its content, try to break into accounts or systems, get around the membership, or use Sweet Swap for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Our content

Sweet Swap, its artwork, levels, music and code belong to Apollo Projects LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play it for your own enjoyment.

6. Changes and availability

We work hard to keep Sweet Swap running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may add, change or remove features and editions. If we ever discontinue Plus, we'll stop future charges and refund any unused prepaid time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Sweet Swap is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from My account. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) survive.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Apollo Projects LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or in the game before they take effect.
