Sweet Swap is made by Apollo Projects LLC. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and there are no ads or ad trackers.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, the first name you give us (optional) and your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash.
• Game progress: levels, stars, daily puzzles and advent doors, so your progress follows you between devices.
• Membership details: your plan and billing status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage: simple counts such as levels won or the app being opened, tied to your account or to a random device ID. This helps us improve the game.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, used for security (for example, to stop repeated sign-in attempts).

Without an account

If you play without an account, your progress stays on your device (in your browser's storage). We only receive the anonymous usage counts described above.

Cookies and storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The game also uses your browser's local storage to save progress and settings. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments and manages memberships.
• Resend delivers account emails (such as confirming your email or resetting your password).
• Hostinger hosts our servers.
• Google Fonts serves the font the site uses, which means your browser requests it from Google.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your account and saved progress. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can update your name and password or delete your account anytime from My account. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your information, and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Children

Sweet Swap is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date above. If changes are significant, we'll let you know by email.
